Click the image on the left for the healthcare stories PDF from artists and musicians collected in the run up to the vote for the ACA law in 2010

There are over 16 pages of comment and stories of what creative and self-employed artists dealt with when they did not have insurance, or were denied coverage because of pre-existing conditions.

I started this project as an advocate for the law because I became distraught of having to attend too many healthcare benefits that did little to cover expenses. More often than not they were farewells and tributes to talented people.

I do not want to attend another 'Chemo-A-Go-Go' when people deserve the protections voted for by congress and upheld by the Supreme Court.

And if it this comes around again, I will advocate for

'Medicare for All', on a card in your wallet or purse that no middle man can touch whatsoever.
